Can I get a refund if I don’t use all my lessons?

This is a common question, especially for those used to subscription or package models. However, Turkish Mate operates differently to offer you maximum flexibility!

No Subscriptions or Bulk Packages

On Turkish Mate, we do not currently offer subscription plans or require you to purchase large packages of lessons upfront. This means you don't pay in advance for a set number of lessons that could potentially go unused.

You Pay As You Book Each Lesson

Our system is based on a pay-per-lesson model. You simply find a tutor you like, select an available time slot and lesson duration (e.g., 30, 60, 90 minutes), and then pay for that specific, individual lesson session during the booking process.

Because you only pay for lessons you actually schedule, the concept of having "unused lessons" from a package that would require a refund doesn't really apply on our platform.

The Benefit: Flexibility and No Wasted Funds

This pay-per-lesson approach gives you significant advantages:

• Maximum Flexibility: You're not locked into a long-term commitment or a fixed number of lessons.
• Try Different Tutors: You can easily book lessons with various tutors without worrying about unused credits from a package tied to one instructor.
• No Risk of Wasted Money: You only ever pay for the lessons you intend to take at the time of booking.

What About Refunds for *Cancelled* Lessons?

While refunds aren't applicable for "unused" lessons (as you don't pre-buy them in bulk), refunds are relevant if you need to cancel a lesson you have already booked and paid for.
