When and how do I get paid?

Getting paid for your hard work on Turkish Mate is straightforward. Payouts are processed securely through our platform based on your accumulated earnings and withdrawal requests.

Payout Threshold (When You Can Withdraw)

You become eligible to request a payout once your available earnings balance reaches a minimum threshold of $50 USD. This minimum amount helps us manage payment processing efficiently.

You can monitor your current earnings balance in your Tutor Dashboard or Earnings section.

How to Request a Payout

Once your balance meets or exceeds the $50 USD threshold, you can initiate a withdrawal request directly from the Turkish Mate platform:

1. Log in to your Turkish Mate tutor account.
2. Navigate to your "Earnings," "Wallet," or "Payouts" section (the exact name may vary slightly).
3. Check that your available balance is $50 USD or more.
4. Find and click the "Request Withdrawal," "Withdraw Funds," or similar button.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the withdrawal amount and submit your request.

CRITICAL: Ensure Your Bank Account Details Are Correct!

Incorrect or outdated bank information will lead to:

• Significant delays in receiving your payment.
• Failed payment transactions.
• Potential bank fees for returned payments (which may be passed on to you).
• The need to contact support and manually update details, further delaying your payout.

Please double-check your bank account number, routing number (or SWIFT/BIC code for international transfers), account holder name, and any other required fields every time you request a withdrawal or if your bank details change.
